- These utilities should only be used when all other users are logged out of the Micronet systems.
The UTILITIES menu options allow Micronet Service Desk operators to test and repair Micronet data files and indexes. It is available in all Micronet modules – MDS, MGL, MCL, POS, MJC and MRF.
You can only view or access the UTILITIES menu options if you are logged in to Micronet as the MSA super user (refer to "MSA Super User Login").
